Returns & Exchanges

At Tiger Mist, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers are still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher to use on your next Tiger Mist haul.
